Alexis comes to us all the way from the desert of southern New Mexico. While snow is a new concept to her, helping others is not. Prior to working with Ammarell Deasy, LLP, Alexis has worked exclusively in the family law sector since relocating to Denver.

Working in the legal field is a passion rooted in childhood memories of watching Law & Order. Being the youngest of five children, Alexis spent much of her life mediating conflict between siblings while simultaneously advocating for herself. While attending high school in Roswell, New Mexico, she was a member of the inaugural mock trial team and worked as a file clerk at a local law firm specializing in natural resource and energy law. Immediately following graduation, she worked with the State of New Mexico Child Protective Services Division. Her time working in the field of child abuse and neglect reinforced her desire to help families in their times of need.
